CAD Editor (formerly IBE Editor)
I upgraded IBE Editor to support Data Components, while keeping the familiar IBE editing modes. Since Minecraft 1.20.5 switched from NBT to Components and IBE was discontinued, there wasnāt a convenient editor for newer versionsāso CAD Editor was born.

CAD Editor (Component And Data Editor) is a refactored and actively maintained continuation based on IBE Editor (original by Skye, MIT license). I am not affiliated with Skye and this is not an official version; all original credits and notices are preserved.

Bottom line: everyday item tweaks are solid, fancy tricks work too, deep modding is in progress.
- Core properties: stack size, durability, unbreakable, rarity, custom model data, repair cost, glow effect, creative tab lock, switch item type (ID). ā
- Item command: one-click copy of
/giveusing 1.21 Data Components syntax; auto-fills UUIDs for attribute modifiers; carries custom data. ā - Edible flag: mark weapons/armor as edibleāand eat them. ā
- Food effects: edit āconvert to item after eating,ā add/sort multiple status effects, and set per-effect probabilities. ā
- Display: custom name and lore. ā
- Enchantments: apply item enchants and edit stored enchants (books). ā
- Attribute modifiers: type / slot / operation / value. ā
- Adventure mode: CanBreak / CanPlaceOn block tags. ā
- Dyes & potions: leather dyeing, base potion, color, custom effects. ā
- Hidden info: hide entries individually or hide all at once. ā
- Locked containers: lock chests/barrels and set a password. šØ
- Entity editing: custom name, health (not above max), invulnerable, glowing, on fire, levitation, and more. šØ
- In development: spawn eggs; tools/maps/crossbow loading/lodestone/containers/armor trims/banners/buckets. ā
